..idle..

I've given myself too much relaxation today...perhaps I get used to the working days and holidays make me feel aimless...though I know I have so much of works need to be accomplished but...laziness creeps in and my plans are just falling apart...really feel reluctant want to do those reports...given me a choice...i prefer not to...but I find no way to escape...

Aerobics was fun...it's not so much on the fitness exercise that we're focusing..but more so the joy and laughter during the aerobics...though I wasn't that excited to have aerobics sessions at first but now I'll say I enjoy it :)
Yeah...after 3 weeks of restless hand-on experiences...Finally comes holidays...a break is much needed for now...to rest...to catch up more sleep =) but what's more is report-ing...there are mound of reports that I planned to clear up...and I'll try whatever I can to finish it during this holidays...Happy 'Report' Day!! :)

Internship was tiring...there are lots of lab works to do...but again I'll say is great!! It has been almost 3 weeks now...there are tons of write up and reports need to be completed and I'm still half way through...I thought internship won't be as busy as exam seasons but my assumption was wrong...somehow...I do feel stressed of doing those progress write up...especially when we are doing new things everyday and more reports are added...really sweat"'

It worried me even more when I think of my Final Year Project dissertation...frankly, I have no idea how to start my proposal...one more month to start my new sem...and I'm rushing with time now...sweat'''

2 weeks of internship has gone :) we have slowly build up friendship with different ones...most of the staff there are very friendly and some aunties are really cute..hehe =p feel very much adapted to the works there...there are much more skills and hand-on experiences to pick up and we are all in this together...all I can say is great...yup..despite of all the busyness, we really enjoy every parts that we are doing...including the aerobics we have every Friday morning..haha..it was fun and funny...

Bound-ed

It's the second week of my internship in Fishery Research Institute now and is good thus far =) ...well adapted with people and works here....pick up a lot of practical skills which we didn't have chance to learn during our lab sessions in uni...so yeah..I really enjoy the works here....but there are times where we have nothing to do at all...like now - blogging in the office :) and I really hate those times...aimless and just hoping the time pass and click on the dot...
Life is getting back to the routine...probably I just don't like to be bounded with office hours...give me more flexibility i prefer...but...yeah...2 months to finish the race :)
I will do anything and everything to make all things fall into place...

Break...

Wohoo...here come Saturday!! after few days of tiring training...finally a break from all the lab works...away from all the terminologies that are floating in our minds during internship...all the DNA extraction...PCR...antibiotic analysis...sample collection...bla bla bla...so yeah...here we go...

Argh...why...

Why oh why... :( i'm not nervous but argh...but I can't control my shaking hands...really disappointed today...hardly have such loser feeling before...I have lose the confident as I used to have...smile on my face just slowly fading away after today's works...
Well, we did ELISA test this whole day...it's basically a test for screening the presence of antibiotics in shrimps..if it is less than 0.3 ppb...then it is safe for human consumption and it can be exported...the procedure took us whole day and finally we got really good result from our experiment =) but anyway...it's not my...i just dunno how to say....but yeah...credits to Uchai..he makes all things perfect and fall into place =) he is great!!

Much more to learn

Today is my third day of internship...after 2 days of sitting there talking and doing for nothing and finally today we get to do what we have been craving to do since we stepped in our attached company - Fisheries Research Institute Malaysia Sarawak
We did Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), preparing agarose gel and run gel electrophoresis..finally we view the DNA bands with the gel doc..it was great but i was disappointed by my shaking hands :( My hands keep shaking when I get to load the samples to the wells..haiz..feeling sad though..but the kakak said I will have a lot more chance to do this so yeah...not to worry bout it :) Tommorow another busy day of doing PCR and i'm anticipating much more greater things...
There are much more things that I need to learn...much more things that I need to be confident and take courage of...yup..learn and learn....

whoa...i really enjoy my holidays..so much so that i'm rushing with time =) 3 more days i will start my internship and i can't enjoy as much as now...haha...i'm very much busier though..busier than the exam seasons :) so much of things that i want to do and need to be done...much more places to go..much more series to catch up..much more sports that i want to play..whoa...but, one thing i love..freedom..=P no stress...not exam-bound...i just very much love this feeling :)
